2. Exercise: An excuse never works but working out does. 20 minutes exercise, 4 to 5 times a week is perfect. That is seriously all you need to be lose weight and stay fit. A 15-20 minute high intensity work out is much better than low intensity long work out. The intensity of your workout should be regulated and increase gradually. Remember working out for 20 minutes does not take away 20 minutes but adds 2 hours to your day.

3. Drink Water: Plenty of water to lose fat. Eat atleast 10-12 glasses of water per day.

4. Honey with water in the morning. When you are empty stomach, this increases metabolism like crazy. You will get super slim.

5. Walk: Walk while you talk on Mobile. Walk when you watch TV.

6. Boost your metabolism: Green tea and red peppers can boost metabolism.

7. Say goodbye to TV: Replace TV with walk, exercise and Yoga. You really have so much more time added to your day when you can skip a few hours of watching TV.

8. Reduce your caffeine intake: Try to limit your caffeine intake. The extra cups of coffee can seriously affect you and your health.

9. Say no to processed foods. Avoid Sweet at night.

10. Use stairs instead of lift. Park your vehicle so that you can walk a little. One day in a week, try going to your office on a bicycle, it is fun and helps you burn calories too.

12. Eat properly: Have 4-6 meals a day. Eat little at frequent intervals; this will boost your metabolism. Chew your food longer. You should chew your food atleast 8-12 times. This simple thing will make you feel fuller and reduce your food intake. It also helps your digestion.

14. Yoga is an excellent way to get rid of the extra calories. It improves your overall well being and helps you maintain your body weight.

15. Sleep Right: Studies have shown that people who sleep too much or too little are more likely to put on weight.
